There are many surface decoration processes, the most common ones are offset printing, and then various processes based on this are: ① reverse glazing; ② lamination (glossy film, matte film, tactile film, scratch-resistant film, etc. ); ③ hot stamping (gold, red gold, color gold, silver, laser, etc.); ④ partial scratching of UV oil or screen ink; ⑤ special colorful powder;

Gray cardboard, referred to as gray cardboard, is produced from a kind of recycled waste paper. Mainly divided into single gray, double gray, full gray, high gloss, according to the customer’s requirements for surface flatness. It is an environmentally friendly packaging material, with a quantitative range of 250g to 10000g and a thickness of 0.4mm to 20mm. There is even no upper limit on the thickness and quantitative size. Usually, the appropriate size of the gray board is selected according to the size of the gift box.

1. The production process of the book-shaped gift box (package gift box):

2. Confirm the sample and place an order for production

3. Scheduling production materials (face paper, enclosure, inner sticker, bottom paper, cardboard or MDF, inner support material, etc.)

4. Printing wrapping paper and inner stickers (with matching tote bags, you need to print the tote bags)

5. Post-process production (lamination, embossing, UV, bronzing, embossing, embossing, die-cutting and other processes are selected according to needs) 6. Box cutting: a. Surrounding paper, printed face paper, inner Stickers, gray cardboard panels, hoardings, and inner trays are cut to a predetermined size with a paper cutter (the MDF needs to be cut with a professional large saw) b. 2. The production process of heaven and earth cover box (upper and lower cover box):

The difference between the production of the heaven and earth cover box and the book-shaped box is: the panel of the bag-type box is divided into the front face, the upper face, the back face and the lower bottom of the box by the V groove. box. In the case of heaven and earth cover, the upper cover and the lower bottom are separated (except for the upper and lower covers), and the production methods are somewhat different:

1. The upper and lower lids of the MDF material The upper lid and lower bottom need to be fixed with white latex and let dry respectively. (The upper and lower lids of the gray cardboard box can be opened with a “well” V-groove, and the four corners can be removed and directly fixed with tape)

2. Mount the processed tissue paper on the upper cover and the lower bottom.

3. The assembly is completed by snapping the upper cover and the lower bottom (the one-piece upper and lower cover box needs to be formed by connecting the upper and lower covers with a connecting plate).

4. Put the inner tray, wipe the box, and pack it.
